Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be included
• Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personal hygiene-related accessories (e.g., earbud tips if opened or used)
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

3. Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp(+91 98199 14455) or email
2. Provide order details along with product images or video for validation
3. Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your address
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed

4. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
• Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after return verification

5. Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
• Please ensure secure packaging when returning the item to prevent transit damage
• Ashufy reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet return conditions
